A Detroit judge recently reprimanded for sending a shirtless photo of himself to an employee has been placed on leave amid allegations he had a relationship with a woman whose child-support case was pending in his court. Circuit Judge Wade McCree, who was censured earlier this year for texting shirtless photos of himself, also could be investigated by the Judicial Tenure Commission following allegations he impregnated a woman who had an ongoing case in his court. Yup, Judge McCree was having sex with a woman whose case he presided over. The Daily Caller report:

A Wayne County, Michigan Circuit Court judge is on administrative leave following a report that he impregnated a woman who was a plaintiff in a child-support case before him, and allowed her to help choose the sentence he would impose on her ex-husband.

WJBK Fox-TV2 in Detroit reported that Judge Wade McCree Jr. carried on a lengthy affair with Geniene La’Shay Mott, who sued her ex-husband for child support, after the case was concluded.

“It went from being a summer fling and just something to do to falling in love, promises of marriage, me getting pregnant, us buying a house together, name it,” Mott told WJBK-TV.

LOL, the judge let the woman decide the sentence of her ex. I think this is one of the craziest sex scandal we have ever seen. The only thing good about this scandal is the fact everyone involve is a villain. And with any luck this Judge Wade McCree will eventually find his butt in jail too.

Man sliced his mother's head off with samurai sword during attack! "Ugly Betty" actor Michael L. Brea and low-level Freemason murdered his mother, Yannick Brea this morning with a sword. According to the NY Post, Yannick Brea, was found dead in her Brooklyn apartment early Tuesday morning with multiple stab wounds. But the news of this murder is getting more gruesome with each new update. Yannick Brea really lost her head during an argument with her son this morning, and by that I mean he chopped it off with a sword while chanting religious passages. Police arrived around 2:20 AM local time and officers claim the crime scene was "extremely bloody." Reports say Brea hаd tο bе subdued wіth a taser stun gun. Brea has not been charged but is in police custody and undergoing psychiatric evaluation at a hospital. The police are only saying that Brea is a "person of interest" in the murder. But the New York Post report:

An actor who had a part in “Ugly Betty” repeatedly stabbed and killed his mother with a Freemason ceremonial sword after a bizarre religious diatribe this morning, cops said.

“I heard a shriek and a woman yelling ‘help me’,” Vernal Bent said. “We called 911 and we kept hearing screams and then we didn’t hear them any more. Michael was chanting Biblical phrases and kept calling for Moses, Jerusalem and the ‘architect of the universe’.”

Police spent nearly 45 minutes trying to get into the apartment, Bent said. They left and returned with an emergency team, which broke into the home and found Yannick Brea fatally stabbed in a bedroom, sources said.

And by "stabbed" they actuality meant chopped off her head. Yeah. TMZ says:

An actor who appeared on "Ugly Betty" was taken into custody in Brooklyn this morning for allegedly killing his mother with a samurai sword while screaming biblical passages.

According to the police, the suspect -- Michael L. Brea -- sliced his mother's head off during the attack. When cops arrived to the scene around 2:20 AM, officers had to use a taser to subdue the actor. Brea was taken to a nearby hospital with a police escort.

Police claim the scene was "extremely bloody." A neighbor told WPIX 11, "I hear the brother chasing her [his mother] through the house and he's just saying a bunch of [Bible] passages like, 'Repent, Repent, Repent.'" The neighbor continued, "I heard him chasing her through the house and I hear a loud scream and so I have my father call the cops, call 911." Brea has not been formally arrested or charged yet.

Wow. Crazy rіght? Michael L. Brea obviously hаѕ severe problems. His mom must have found his porn stash. Or he forgot to take his meds yesterday. I don't know but this is so sick. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Charges are pending against Brea, who had a small part in "Step Up 3D." Anyway, some reports say it was a Freemason ceremonial sword while others say it was a samurai sword. This time around in Cheras Pandan Mewah on Oct 31, 2009 7:48pm not only the police officers in are getting into the action but also civilians from the local public. The guy at the center of everyone attention in the video below is said to be suspected of theft allegedly. This is going to do wonders for tourism because not only vacationers have to fear the criminals but also the police. I don't know for sure whether the suspect is really guilty of stealing or not so I don't know if he is a totally innocent victim of the or a criminal himself who had this coming in someway. But surely he does not deserve to be beaten in the head with a hammer. And surely asssualt is a more serious crime then theft. According to reports, the guy being beaten stole from the boss of a workshop that fix cars so the workers are the civilians you see taking revenge in front of the police. And when they are done, the police started their own beating session.

In 1994 Rodney King won a over $5.4 million in a police brutality verdict from the City of Los Angeles for a beaten that looked a whole lot less violent then the beating in this video. So surely the Malaysian government would pay the suspect in this video a few hundred thousand dollars to shut the hell up. Maybe the will just kill him because the country seem lawless as fuck. I know not all police are like this but these unprofessional officers should not be letting this happen especially before guy is even convicted of anything. And they certainly should not be joining on the beating. When people see police officers breaking the law themselves chaos is guarantee. If the cops don't respect the laws of the land them who will respect it? The duty of the police officers is to apprehend criminal and keep the peace at the same time. Not this mess! The Police Report From Those Leaked Topless Photos Of The Singaporean Republic Polytechnic Student In Public Garden

Okay, I know many regular visitors to Gutter Uncensored love this stuff so here ya go. The Gutter Uncensored blog got the number one spot in the police report followed by five other websites. I think this is our first appearance in a police report for 2010, hoping for a lot more. LOL... About a day and a half ago an email was received at GutterUncensored@yahoo.com demanding the removal of some nudie pics that the news of were all over the Singaporean media a few weeks ago. Also demanded was an apology to the persons featured in the nudie photos. So in response to these demands, the first names of those exposed in the leaked nude pictures are posted for the first time on the Gutter Uncensored. I graciously decided not to publish the names in the original post but I don't feel right holding back from the readers of this blog. Stay tuned, surnames might be coming soon. See the police report below. According to the police report filed by the female half of the exhibitionist couple, only two people had the password to the "password-protected private domain." Only her and her boyfriend knew so with the process of elimination it should be easy for her to figure out how her boobies ended up on several web forums and in the hands of her classmate days before they were posted on this blog. Face the facts, the likelihood the pictures were leaked as a result of an account being hacked is low. Two people had access to the account so either her or her bf (probably ex-bf by now) shared the collage pictures with one too many friends then they shared it with their friends via email and then someone posted it to a forum. It's the same old story that has happened a million times before and certainly will happen ten million times in the future.

Needless to say, all the people who sent in the pictures will remain confidential and the topless photos of the Republic Polytechnic student class: E36F will not be removed. Anyway, her name is Sharmalis and his name is Nabil but surnames will remain undisclosed for now. The pictures were apparently taken at Admiralty Park national park in Woodlands. A beautiful garden in Singapore with naked chicks showing off their private bits in public. You would think such behavior in public would be illegal in straight-laced Singapore. As a matter of fact, this sort of behavior is against the law in the city-state and each face a fine of up to $2,000 (Singapore dollars) and a jail term of up to three months. Singapore's Miscellaneous Offenses Act stipulates that an offender can be fined a maximum $2,000, or jailed 3 months, or both for appearing nude in a public place. And it's not like the Singaporean police don't have the names and address of the culprits and photographic evidence in the form of 40 nudie pictures readily available on the Gutter Uncensored.
