Here is Mischa Barton smoking funny-looking cigarettes while driving in L.A. yesterday. Damn, this girl is just smoking her life away. Now I'm not going to accuse Mischa Barton of smoking marijuana in public while driving around in her 68 Caddy convertible, but she was playing a Dane Cook CD and actually laughing. Clearly she must be high. And in case you were wondering, this in fact the same Mischa Barton who got a DUI for driving high as shit a few years back and managed to make Lindsay Lohan even consider the concept of a "drug problem." And Mischa is still on probation from that DUI arrest in 2007. Barton went into rehab after her then and in 2009 she went to the psych ward at Cedar's-Sinai medical center in LA where she was reportedly also coached on sobriety again.

So congratulations Mischa, you're a fucking idiot! The LAPD should be visiting you soon enough because I am sure the Los Angeles DA doesn't appropriate you making him look like a moron. By the way, it is not so much the smoking weed, it's the getting stoned while driving a big ass car because shit like this is irresponsible. Well in her defense, she is not really driving as much as parked. But, we really don't know when she started so one can assume she was under the influence even before she step out of her home. And according to reports, she was seen driving erratically around town for hours while on her cell and making obscene hand gestures at motorists. I almost thought it wasn't her, she has gotten so fat. When she was the latest "it girl" a few years ago I thought she was too skinny but now is too big. Why can't we ever just have a happy median? Damn, this whole crazy episode is going to make it difficult for me to enjoy looking at Bijou Phillips ' nipples from now onward. How the hell can we enjoy her naked or partially nude body ever again knowing she is from a crazy incestuous family? After Mackenzie Phillips dropped the bombshell that she had consensual sexual affair with her father for 10 years stopping only when she found out she was pregnant, her step mom, Michelle Phillips, claimed that she is lying. Her skeptical stepmother, calls her a liar with mental and drug problems. Michelle Phillips claims her step-daughter Mackenzie Phillips is lying about having a decade long incestuous affair with her own father. Showbiz411 report:

I spoke to Michelle this morning by phone; she has not read Mackenzie’s book, published today, called “High on Arrival.” Michelle Phillips says that in 1997, Mackenzie told everyone in their extended family that she and her father, Michelle’s famous former husband, had had a sexual relationship.

"She told me, then she called me back and said, 'You know I'm joking,' " Michelle told me. "I said it wasn't funny. Mackenzie said, 'I guess we have different senses of humor.' "

It's not like Michelle Phillips hasn't been critical of John in the past. She told me: "John was a bad parent, and a drug addict. But [expletive deleted] his daughter? If she thinks it's true, why isn't she with a good psychiatrist on a couch? I think it's unconscionable that Oprah would let her do her show. I have every reason to believe it's untrue. Oprah should be more judicious about who she has on her show."

Michelle added: "Mackenzie has a lot of mental illness. She's had a needle stuck up her arm for 35 years. She was arrested for heroin and coke just recently. She did 'Celebrity Rehab' and now she writes a book. The whole thing is timed." Michelle said it's particularly ironic since her own daughter, Chynna, of Wilson Phillips fame, Mackenzie's half sister, is releasing a new album this week.

"Mackenzie is jealous of her siblings, who have accomplished a lot and did not become drug addicts."

But today, Bijou Phillips, Mackenzie's half-sister, said she knew about the molestation and was afraid of being left alone with her father. Bijou said that the news was confusing, especially since Mackenzie shortly afterward recanted her story about sleeping with her dad, which she has described as occurring from when she was age 19 to about 29, and has since said that it was true after all. In a statement read by Oprah Winfrey on her talk show Friday, Bijou Phillips says she was 13 years old when Mackenzie Phillips told her about the sexual relationship.

Bijou Phillips is now 29 and says the news was confusing and scary. She says it was “heartbreaking” to think her family would leave her alone with her father.

Mackenzie Phillips says she did go get her sister when she “felt like she wasn’t being watched properly.”

Mackenzie's half-sister, Chynna Phillips, appeared live with Oprah and said that her mother, Michelle, is angry. "It's not something that my mom wants plastered all over the papers," she said, backing up her sister's side of the story. But Chynna Phillips admitted she, too, shared some of her mother's sentiment: "Am I exceedingly joyful that my family secret that I told my therapist, my husband and my very best friend in the whole word [is now public]? No."

Nevertheless, she said, she has known about the situation for 12 years and, while she wasn't certain that her sister could be entirely accurate about the details, definitely believed that the two were sexually involved for a decade. John Phillips died in 2001, so for now it’s been left to his surviving family members to speak out about Mackenzie's story. But thus far, only one has defended him.

So a well know actress writes a tell-all book, her famous sisters are upset, her stepmom calls her a drug addicted liar, but Mackenzie Phillips isn't backing down from her claim of a long-term sexual relationship with her dad. Or as I call it, just another week in Hollywood. She hopes to become the public face of incest, not a post anyone would want to hold, but one that represents an issue she says gets too little attention. Mackenzie Phillips reveals in her new tell-all book "High on Arrival" (out today) that her father John Phillips raped her in 1979 the night before her wedding. Yup, raped her and how that eventually became consensual sex. Former child star Mackenzie rose to fame in the mid-70s playing boy-crazy teen Julie Cooper Horvath in the comedy series One Day at a Time. You may know her father John as the founder and lead singer of The Mamas & the Papas. Mackenzie Phillips, daughter of The Mamas and the Papas front man and the sister of singer Chynna Phillips and actress Bijou Phillips, was basically the Lindsay Lohan of the 70's. Mackenzie pissed everything away on drugs (she was arrested twice on counts of felony possession of cocaine and heroin) and partying. In 1979, on the night before her wedding to Jeff Sessler, a member of the Rolling Stones entourage, her father showed up and got her drunk and drugged up out of her mind. And as she said, the next thing she knew is waking up with her dad having sex with her. So, Joe Jackson is not the worse father ever. I was totally wrong on that front... People Magazine reports:

“On the eve of my wedding, my father showed up, determined to stop it,” writes Phillips, who was 19 and a heavy drug user at the time. “I had tons of pills, and Dad had tons of everything too. Eventually I passed out on Dad’s bed.”

“My father was not a man with boundaries. He was full of love, and he was sick with drugs. I woke up that night from a blackout to find myself having sex with my own father.

“Had this happened before? I didn’t know. All I can say is it was the first time I was aware of it. For a moment I was in my body, in that horrible truth, and then I slid back into a blackout.”

Phillips’ life began to spiral out of control. In 1980, she was fired from One Day at a Time because of her constant drug use. That same year, she went to rehab – with her father. She even toured with him in a band called the New Mamas and the Papas. Her sexual relationship with him had become consensual.

Damn, she had an incestuous relationship dad. Not even Lindsay Lohan has anything on this person. When you are recounting the night your dad raped you, I really don't think you need to clarify that he was a man without boundaries. I think we all already get the hint... I don't know what level of hell you get assigned to when you rape your own daughter when she passed out after drugging her, but I am pretty sure the doorman will let you jump ahead in line and escort you straight to the VIP section. And while he's burning in hell for all eternity, he'll probably have to deal with all the pointing and laughing too. But it needs to be said, John Philips die in 2001 so these charges should have been made about ten years ago when he was still around to answer them.
