Joe Francis might be guilty of a lot of things but the more that comes out about Thursday night's supposed altercation at
Guys and Dolls between Joe Francis, Brody Jenner and Brody Jenner's Playboy Playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole, the more we start to believe Mr. Francis is really innocent. It appears
Joe Francis didn't punch Jayde Nicole Thursday night then proceed to kick her while she was down, and security footage at
Guys and Dolls confirms his story. I was right in the previous post pointing out Jayde lied when she said "she spilled her drink on Francis" when she actually threw the drink on him but I did not realize the full extend of the lies from her lying whore ass. A source with the police department says, "
I've seen the security tape from the club and it completely backs up Joe's story. That's why Jayde isn't pressing charges -- there's nothing to press charges for. And there's no evidence to back up her story. TMZ reports:
Joe tells us he was hanging out with the General Manager for Guys and Dolls when Jayde Nicole pushed him from behind and poured a drink on him.
Joe says he turned around and pulled her hair in reaction to the attack. Francis says this is the only contact he made with Jayde or Brody the entire time ... and security footage from inside the club shows exactly this.
Joe says Brody had punched him and ripped his shirt off. He says the club's GM then escorted him outside to the parking lot and he lit up a cigarette.
Joe says the next thing he knew, he was on the ground. He was later told Brody had blindsided him.
That's when Francis says the club's security tasered Brody.
Fuck, Guys and Dolls club security have tasers? Nice! I am kinda happy to hear Brody got tasered. Because it looks like Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole are a bunch of liars. And Joe Francis has proven he couldn't possibly have beaten up a woman by knocking her out and then preceding to kick the shit out of her because it turns out he fights just like one. Fucking hair pulling man? Why not just walk away? I don't know what is worse for a man, being accused of beating up a woman or getting into a fucking hair pulling catfight with a chick. So damn shameful, he might not be going to jail now but he lost something other than his freedom. Dignity! Anyway, here is what Joe had to say about the incident via E! News:
"I'm the victim." "Brody hit me in the face," Francis says of the incident.
He "may have accidentally grabbed [Nicole's] hair" as he was turning around after having a drink poured on him, Francis told E! News, but that was the only contact he had with anyone. He says that surveillance footage will back him up.
"Someone shoved me from behind, then hurled a drink at me, glass and all," poor Joe Francis said after the fact. "I turned to see who that was, and the next thing I knew, I was on the ground, with Brody Jenner ripping at my shirt."
"The security guards told me that they saw the whole thing, and apologized to me for the trouble. They even offered me a new Guys and Dolls T-shirt."
Security was helping Francis to his car when he says Brody Jenner "cold-cocked" him. At some point during the ensuing rumble, someone took a taser to Jenner.
Francis says he's considering legal action against Jenner for the "false, outrageous, and slanderous" accusation (via Twitter) that Francis pummeled Jayde Nicole.
"I've never hit a girl in my life," Joe says, "and the accusation disgusts me."
But, since he couldn't possibly take the high road without getting in a sleazy dig, Joe says Brody has the "smallest penis in Hollywood" and that only a low caliber person "dates a girl with the word respect tattooed above her vagina."
Yeah, it is kinda stupid for Brody to be seen in public with a girl with the word respect tattooed above her vagina. All tattoos are rather stupid (other than for marines, sailors, culturally traditional native people and bikers) but for a chick to get RESPECT tated above her vag is so ridiculously stupid is it actually funny. It's like she was trying for low class when she decided to get a tattoo and hit the jackpot in low class with a "RESPECT" tat above her cunt. Joe Francis is trying to hit a nerve with Brody talking about small penis and that "RESPECT" tat on his girl. Not much would work but I know it would get to me if my girl had a tat like that (would never happen) and my foe was using it against me.
