More brutality while in the custody of Malaysian cops. This time around in Cheras Pandan Mewah on Oct 31, 2009 7:48pm not only the police officers in are getting into the action but also civilians from the local public. The guy at the center of everyone attention in the video below is said to be suspected of theft allegedly. This is going to do wonders for tourism because not only vacationers have to fear the criminals but also the police. I don't know for sure whether the suspect is really guilty of stealing or not so I don't know if he is a totally innocent victim of the or a criminal himself who had this coming in someway. But surely he does not deserve to be beaten in the head with a hammer. And surely asssualt is a more serious crime then theft. According to reports, the guy being beaten stole from the boss of a workshop that fix cars so the workers are the civilians you see taking revenge in front of the police. And when they are done, the police started their own beating session.

In 1994 Rodney King won a over $5.4 million in a police brutality verdict from the City of Los Angeles for a beaten that looked a whole lot less violent then the beating in this video. So surely the Malaysian government would pay the suspect in this video a few hundred thousand dollars to shut the hell up. Maybe the will just kill him because the country seem lawless as fuck. I know not all police are like this but these unprofessional officers should not be letting this happen especially before guy is even convicted of anything. And they certainly should not be joining on the beating. When people see police officers breaking the law themselves chaos is guarantee. If the cops don't respect the laws of the land them who will respect it? The duty of the police officers is to apprehend criminal and keep the peace at the same time. Not this mess! If Lindsay Lohan was thinking about getting her dad Michael Lohan an early Father's Day gift, may I suggest bail money? For the 100,000th time, Michael has been arrested. He was arrested yet again yesterday in New York. This time for violating a restraining order by phoning his ex, Erin Muller, on January 21. Police on Long Island say Michael Lohan was arrested Thursday morning and charged with criminal contempt. I am not sure but I think this is the second time he has been booked for criminal contempt but certainly will not be the last. Last December, Lohan was also arrested for phoning Erin at her job. At that time she also claimed he kicked her in the vagina. For a man who claims to be a minister, abiding by the law must not be part of his belief system. AP report:

Police on New York's Long Island say Michael Lohan was arrested Thursday morning and charged with criminal contempt. Police did not provide further details.

Bryan Konoski, an attorney for Lohan's ex-girlfriend Erin Muller, has told the New York Post that Lohan allegedly phoned Muller at work Jan. 21. That would violate an order of protection.

Lohan had been arrested on a similar charge in December.

In June, a judge said Lohan would avoid prosecution on an aggravated harassment charge if he stayed out of trouble for a year. Lohan denied he threatened to kill his girlfriend and himself if she left him.

Lohan's attorney had said his client is the victim of fabrications.

Wow, that was close. January was almost over without a Lohan being arrested. The monthly streak was almost broken. Lohan was most recently reported making plans to move to the West Coast with his new girlfriend, Kate Major. So his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller can finally sleep a bit easier knowing he is a few thousands miles away. I mean nothing about Michael Lohan suggests he is a crazed loose cannon who will show up at her house and kick her in the vagina. Again! Hopefully Michael know about the three strikes law in California. And people wonder why Lindsey is so messed up. If your family was like hers you would be a disaster too! So, someone sent this video of a man in custody being brutality dealt with by Malaysian cops. The guy at the center of attention in the video is said to be suspected of rape. I don't know for sure whether he is really guilty of rape or not so I don't know if he is an innocent victim or a filthy dog who had this coming.
